Refunds are made after checking all the sessions and payment history.Refunds are made after paying off all the penalties, if any.Fees for one-time classes are non-refundable.Fees for the custom-made courses are non-refundable.The amount of the balance is recalculated depending on the number of conducted lessons.The time of free intro meetings is included in the calculation and should be paid for.Refunding can be done using the same payment method that was used for purchasing.In case there are any issues with the student's payment method, the refund procedure is paused.The balance amount equivalent to its conversion into USD at the exchange rate of the used payment system for the day of the refund request can be returned within the following number of days:

Unfortunately, no one is protected from unforeseen circumstances. Such circumstances can affect both the student and the teacher. I understand that and therefore provided for the possibility of refunding. This is not an easy process, so it is governed by a number of rules. Please read them carefully before paying.
