Here is all the information on tuition fees, organisation of classes, сancellation/postponement rules and other important points of cooperation. Please read them carefully before paying.
Cost and terms of payment. One-on-one format
The payment system is based on prepaid packages. You can choose between 5, 10, 20, 40 and 100-hour packages. The more hours you buy, the less the hourly rate is.
Full payment should be made 24 hours or more before the lesson starts
Discounts
Discounts are applied by clients using coupons at the time of ordering. If a discount is not applied during the order placement, it will be considered as the client's preference not to use a discount. Once a purchase is completed, discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
In cases where multiple discount options are available, only the highest discount will be applied.
Payment method
At the moment, I accept payments via wire transfers, Revolut and Crypto.
Payment terms
Payment should be received 24 hours or more before the first lesson starts. Otherwise, at the discretion of the tutor, the lesson may be postponed to another time, agreed upon by the parties jointly.
If, for any reason, services are rendered before payment is received, in case of non-payment on time penalty fee can be charged. Depending on the period of delay, different interest rates apply. The interest rate table is shown below.
The period of non-payment starts from the moment the service begins to be provided (for example, the day of the first lesson in the package or course).
The total amount of penalties cannot exceed double the amount of the debt.
In case of one payment delay, access to the recordings, exercises and any other gratis materials may become unavailable for the client who caused the delay.
In case of two or more payment delays, the discount system may become unavailable for the client who caused the delays. In this case, all the previously applied discounts will be annulled.
In case of three or more payment delays, the purchase of service packages may become unavailable for the client who caused the delays.
Price increase
A price increase may occur once per year and cannot exceed 20% at a time. Typically, any price adjustments are announced three months in advance

Session formats
Multiple session formats are available for selection. While students can propose a preferred format during the booking process, the tutor holds the final decision-making authority and may modify the proposed format if necessary.
If a lesson is scheduled for 2 hours or longer, a mandatory 5-minute break between hours will be included in the total lesson time.
By default, all meetings are conducted using Zoom.
Recordings cannot be provided to students under the following circumstances:
If the meeting was an introductory session If the meeting was a technical session If third-party materials (such as work files from one's office) were used during the session. Recordings of background work sessions are delivered only on demand beforehand.
Used software
Education is possible only with the use of official software, including educational and trial versions of products. If you need any help in purchasing a product, a subscription or getting a student or trial version, please let your teacher know in advance.
Important considerations
Please consider these simple statements:
Even though you get time reports and session tables from your tutor, you’re advised to monitor the distribution of time independently. You should independently plan your schedule and determine the frequency and duration of the sessions in order to achieve your goals/deadlines, although that can be discussed with your tutor. You should book the sessions via the arrangement form. If you need specific help, i.e. solving a test or helping you during an exam, etc., you should negotiate it with your tutor in advance. The tutor reserves the right to refuse your request. All the additional jobs that normally appear during collaboration are due to be paid, and the time spent on them will be subtracted from the package (at the same rate as the included sessions) or invoiced separately. Your tutor may not always be able to answer you outside the scope of your session. Your request will be answered as soon as it’s possible during our business hours. Not all the sessions are going to be recorded. Occasionally, there are software errors that prevent recording. The background work will be recorded only upon request in advance. All materials that do not contain information about the client (including personal information, recording of your voice or information from the webcam or your screencast) are believed to be intellectual properties of the tutor and can be used outside the scope of our collaboration without further agreement with the client. After 6 months of inactivity, the client's dashboard pages will be archived. Following 12 months of inactivity, all work materials, including working files, session tables, session recordings, reports, invoices, and dashboard pages, will be permanently deleted. In the case of individual lessons in the format of packs of 5, 10 or 20 hours, the term of use of the paid hours comes into force. The hours not used by the client during this period will expire.
