Learn the basics

A 3-part learning series to help you get started with the Coda basics.

Go through each section and check off once completed to track your progress:

1. Navigating Coda

Click on ··· in the top-right corner of your doc to access your settings.
Explore this doc and navigate the pages and subpages.
Find home in the top left to find other docs in your workspace.


2. Formatting your pages and subpages

Add a page and subpage to this doc using the left page list.
Write and select text to format with headings, callouts, and lists.
Explore insert in the top right to add images, videos, dividers, and more.
Use the / key as a shortcut to add to your page.
Move content by selecting ⠇and dragging.


3. Using tables and grids

Add a grid via the insert panel in the top right or use the / key.
Type /table and click on table options to explore what you can customize.
Show the table in a card view, hide columns, create filters, and more.
