User Insights: Combine qualitative research (user interviews, surveys, usability testing) with quantitative data to uncover unmet needs and optimize UX.
Lifecycle Marketing: Partner with CRM/Marketing Automation to craft trigger‑based email, push, and SMS journeys that drive engagement and repeat purchase.
Channel Optimization: Work with Performance Marketing to refine acquisition channels (SEO, SEM, social ads, affiliates), improving CAC and ROAS.
Reporting & Communication: Define KPIs, build dashboards, and regularly communicate results, learnings, and next steps to leadership.
