Steps to onboard an OMS

The SOP dictates the current flow to onboard a new OMS with Meesho

Context -

Meesho supports integration with multiple OMS partners through it’s Open link architecture.
Client has to raise the request to integrate with Open APIs. Meesho shares the client ID and client secret upon successful integration. These are confidential.

Steps to integrate for a new OMS vendor -

Security due diligence - Fill out the due diligence form shared by Meesho for onboarding. POC -
Signing legal agreements - Review and sign the NDA and collaboration agreements provided by Meesho. Legal POC -
Integrate Push Events: Implement the integration of push events from Meesho based on
Sandbox details -
E2E Integration testing with Meesho - Work with Meesho on integration testing.
This step requires 0.5 sprint effort from Meesho and is subject to bandwidth prioritisation based on the brand's priority relative to other OMS partners.
OMS clients to share a lead list of national/D2C brands associated with them, along with contact details.
Production testing for one active seller on Meesho - Collaborate with Meesho’s dev team to test end-to-end flows in production for at least one seller account active with both Meesho and your OMS.

Onboarding sellers on OMS

Seller Onboarding: Active Meesho sellers can onboard onto the newly integrated OMS by submitting an integration request.
