Solution -
Short term - Build FIF / widget / banner pipeline across REs to integrate low effort heuristic IG components from - Trending searches | Top rated picks | Trending deals | New arrivals | Influencer finds | Top brands | Integrate browsing session continuation themes like continue browsing / price drop, low stock on past viewed catalogs basis tech effort feasibility
Med term - Integrate above IG touch-points effectively through an enhanced UX / New discovery RE
Long term - Next cycle - Add more REs and personalise the placement of IG component per RE basis user’s interaction
Problem - User lack awareness of similar product reco present in PDP leading to lower usage
Outside IN - Competition surfaces PDP reco through UX intervention on PLP / PDP

Solution - Quick experiment on resurfacing PDP reco on PDP back clicks has led to significant NMV/Vi uptake of ~0.2%. We plan to update the CX for easier navigation to reco on PDP through PDP section steppers as well as surfacing the feed on PLP
Problem - Touch-points for several intent channelisation objectives are missing from feeds
Outside IN - Competition heavily surfaces intent redirection on feeds to related searches / related CLPs via banners / widgets -
