I’m often asked to stack rank partners or partner opportunities. You can use this table to set your own criteria and weights, and stack rank partners. As you adjust the sliders, the overall weighted ranking will update and sort the table accordingly. You can use something like this for everything from internal projects to customers you want to highlight at an event, but I focused on partners here.
