Module One

Lesson 1.2: Identifying High-Demand Eco-Niches

Actions/Items: Learn 5 key strategies for identifying profitable niches (trend analysis, keyword research, competitor analysis, problem-solution mapping, passion alignment).
Exercise: Brainstorm at least 10 potential eco-niche ideas based on the strategies learned.
🎯 Niche Down to Win:
Broad topics are okay, but specific niches are where the money and impact are!
Think: specific problems, specific audiences, specific solutions.
💰 5 Niche-Finding Power Tools:
Trend Surfing: Use Google Trends 📈 to spot rising interest (e.g., "regenerative agriculture," "urban beekeeping").
Keyword Goldmine: Tools like Google Keyword Planner (free!) reveal what people search for (e.g., "best native plants for pollinators").
Competitor Insight: Analyze existing courses (what's working? What's missing?).
Problem Solver: What are the biggest frustrations in your topic area? (e.g., "how to start a community garden").
Passion + Profit: Your genuine enthusiasm will attract your ideal students!
✍️ Action Item: For each of your 3-5 broad topics, use the 5 tools above to brainstorm 2-3 specific niche ideas. Example: If your topic is "Water Conservation," niches could be "Rainwater Harvesting for Homeowners," "Greywater Recycling Systems," "Water-Wise Landscaping for Small Yards."
