If there are issues what to do

If after doing checks there are issues you are responsible to fix the issues QUICKLY AND PROPERLY

If Accounts Are Disconnected.
Click “Reconnect”. You will need to re enter their password. ​If they are a Clients Real Account Request their Password on slack to reconnect the account OR if they don’t want to share it to you ask them to login to the newson platform using the workspace logins provided to reconnect their account

If they are an AI SALES REP Go to the Supplied Profiles Sheet: Search the Profile Name Find the logins and re-enter the password ​

If Accounts Are Blocked.
1. If you find out that a profile is blocked and it is an AI SALES REP. Report the name of the LinkedIn Account to “GetAIA-Newson” - tag @Donny and send the message: [name of account] is blocked on 22/06 please replace ASAP.
2. On the Supplied Profiles Sheet change the status to “Blocked” and in the comments enter the date it was blocked ie : [name of account] is blocked on 22/06 please replace ASAP.:

If Accounts drop their LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Follow these steps:
If Accounts do not have live Campaigns running
Report in the comments on your assigned board by the name of the client to @Mark Wilson there is not a campaign live. Check in the team tasks or in your assigned board if there are any details of the campaign doc so you can set it up.
Follow these steps:

If Accounts do not have good level of replies
Report in the comments on your assigned board by the name of the client to @Mark Wilson there is not a good level of replies and report how many replies by screenshotting the dashboard.

If Accounts do not have good level of leads Report in the comments on your assigned board by the name of the client to @Mark Wilson there is not a good level of leads and report how many leads by screenshotting the inbox and monday pipeline sheet.
