Analytics & Reporting
What KPIs matter most? (followers, CTR, leads, sales, sentiment)
Do they need live dashboards or just monthly rollups?
Any existing BI setup?
AI Readiness
Comfort with AI today? (0 = skeptical, 10 = daily users)
Concerns (data privacy, tone accuracy, hallucinations)?
Appetite for automation vs human oversight?
