Phase 2 — Workflows & Analytics (Weeks 4–7)
Configure reputation inbox (Teams/Slack + reply templates). Build campaign template (timelines, goals, assets). Set up Power BI / Looker Studio dashboards. Pilot reporting cadence (weekly snapshot, monthly rollup). Deliverables: Reputation Inbox, Campaign Workspace, Live Dashboard.
Phase 3 — AI Deepening (Weeks 8–12)
Connect brand content to private assistant (RAG pilot). Add guardrails (banned phrases, claims flagging). Train-the-team workshops + handoff docs. Set up ongoing support cadence (optional). Deliverables: AI Assistant (brand-aware), Guardrails, Training materials.
