1. Social Media - Instagram

1.1 Create a Template for Consistency

Develop a visual content template for the IG grid to create a brand look and feel.
Ensure all posts, stories, and highlights adhere to this template to maintain a consistent and recognizable brand presence.

1.2 Social Media Posts for Instagram

Plan, design, and publish up to 10 engaging and relevant social media posts.
Content will focus on highlighting TiffinWorx’s unique offerings, customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes, etc

1.3 Community Management

Monitor and respond to user queries, inquiries, and responses to help build the community.
Address any customer service issues promptly and effectively to maintain a positive brand image.

2. Meta Lead Generation Campaign

2.1 Creative Development

Design 5 strategy driven creatives for lead generation campaigns.
Ensure each creative is tailored to resonate with the target audience and communicate TiffinWorx’s value proposition effectively.

2.2 Audience and Ad Set Creation

Conduct audience research to identify and build targeted ad sets on Meta.
Segment audiences based on demographics, geography, interests, and behaviors to maximize ad relevance and effectiveness.

2.3 Paid Ad Management

Create and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to drive lead generation.
Optimize ad performance through continuous monitoring and adjustment of targeting, bidding strategies, and creative elements.
Utilize Meta forms and landing pages to capture leads efficiently.

2.4 Landing Page Development

Design and develop a landing page that informs, engages, and captures leads.
Ensure the landing page is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and mobile-friendly.
Incorporate lead capture forms, compelling calls to action, and relevant information about TiffinWorx’s offerings.

3. Reporting and Analysis

3.1 Bi-Weekly Performance Reporting

Provide bi-weekly reports detailing the performance of social media and lead generation campaigns.
Include key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

3.2 Performance Reporting

Deliver comprehensive monthly report that summarize campaign performance and highlight significant achievements.
Offer actionable recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future marketing efforts.
