Developing Yourself and Nacar

Active Participation in the Leadership Meet Up Activities.
To constantly seek to develop your leadership skills, sharing best practices with other leaders, and seeking synergies with others to improve.
Be an ambassador of the Nacar culture and our values, to drive the change with the team and clients.
You can transmit Nacar's strategy, and at the same time raise the needs and expectations of people, so that there is the best match between both parties.
Manage the resources and time of your team, so that they are allocated correctly in the projects.


Developing your team

That each person understands what is expected of them.
Make sure to collect and deliver feedback on the performance and behavior of each person, in order to help them in their development.
Help ensure the well-being, sense of belonging, motivation, and satisfaction of each person, and support them in having a work/life balance they are happy with.
Understand where each member of the team is and where he/she wants to go, to make a development plan and help them in their professional development.
To make each person in the team understand that they are part of Nacar, our strategy, and encourage them to know our culture and act based on our values.
