Why idea.env was started in the first place?
‘As a child, the way I was leading my education was one without a fixed or really oriented direction. I didn’t know why I had to learn what I was taught. Many were like me too. Coming to this realization I had to revolutionize my own perspective of it. The pandemic helped-I became an autodidact, exploring endless videos in yt, Open Online courses, free ebooks, Khan academy, or just discovering things that inspired happiness within me: painting, drawing, writing, comics
idea.env is meant to place valuable ideas into action.
''Throughout my school career, I've noticed that many of my friends have struggled with homework that was assigned and were confused about what to do. Teachers view homework as an answer to long-term learning, but sometimes it may hinder a child's desire for learning and prevent them from discovering new passions because they're spending so much time doing their homework. This is why I believe iDEA is helpful for a teen's learning because it gives them access to subjects that they might not have been exposed to and also allows young learners to discover a passion for a topic that they might not have had an interest in.”
