Sr. Analyst, Scale @ iluméxico

A unique career opportunity building the next-gen utility of the Americas
Iluméxico Horizontal Fondo Blanco.png

Come define the future for iluméxico.

Innovation at iluméxico is all about the “doctrine of next.” Our activities fall under one of two focus areas: Scale or Scope.
Scale focuses on breadth: growing our model to new markets and countries.
Scope focuses on depth: integrating new practices and products into our model and for our current customers.
One of our core values is to innovate to strengthen, not to distract.
Our small, multi-disciplinary team leads innovation for both iluméxico and its global entities. Innovation team members are expected to become “experts” on the model and day-to-day operation in order to develop and execute effective strategies for iluméxico and its global entities.
We seek highly-skilled, humble, team-oriented contributors with self-starter, entrepreneurial mindsets and a commitment to real impact via big structural change. A value of the Innovation team at iluméxico is possession of the “big vision” and, just as important, the practical skills to execute it.
A sneak-peak of things we have in the pipeline: a customer-owned energy co-op on Tribal Lands in the United States, a long-term strategy for micro-carbon offsets, an internet product for our Mexico portfolio, tackling the “energy transition” market in LATAM…
What will you bring to the table?
