In May, total sales increased by 19.3%. This can be attributed to the $15.00 coupon we ran on the Pack of 2, and the improvement in ad sales.
Impressions increased this month, and there was a 41.7% increase in ad spending, while ad sales increased by 37.5%. As a result there was a slight decrease in ROAS. We also experienced less organic sales causing TACOS to rise.
The Pack of 1 accounted for 52% of total sales with 102 units sold, while the Pack of 2 represented 48% of total sales with 94 units sold. There was a 20.5% increase in units sold for the Pack of 2 due to the coupon we ran.
Monthly Product Profitability
The TACOS increased for both the Pack of 1 and the Pack of 2, primarily due to some test campaigns. However, the TACOS for the Pack of 1 were higher, likely because the coupon for the Pack of 2 shifted more sales towards the Pack of 2.
Buy Box Percentage & Account Health
In May, we did not experience any Buy Box or Account Health issues.
Conversion Rate - 3 Month Comparison
In May, the conversion rate for the Pack of 2 increased, likely due to the coupon we offered. Conversely, the conversion rate for the Pack of 1 decreased, possibly because the coupon for the Pack of 2 encouraged customers to choose it over the Pack of 1.
Advertising Performance
We launched several new test campaigns in May, aimed at increasing impressions and reach. Impressions grew, and our ad spend and ad sales increased, however ROAS declined slightly as we did not see many conversions on some of the test campaigns. We have gathered insights from these campaigns, and are optimizing them further, while others have been paused.
Advertising spend increased by +41.7%.
Advertising sales increased by +37.5%.
Impressions increased by +63.8% this month.
We noticed a 3.1% increasein ACoS, compared to the previous month.
ROAS has decreased by 2.7% as our ACoS has increased.
Our top keywords this month were “Precardix”, “Precardix 2 pack”, and “hypertension”.
Market Share
The market decreased in May, however our market share grew from 4.7% to 5.9%.
We are currently in the Top 3 products within this market. Nutrali has most of the market share. Reviews, price and star rating are all considerations when customers are making a buying decision and currently Nutrali has 4.4 stars with over 900 ratings.

The number of repeat customers and repeat orders increased compared to April. Repeat customers made up 8.2% of the total customer share. Most of the repeat orders were for the Pack of 1.

In May, we experienced slightly less traffic through attribution, however sales increased.
Storefront Analytics
We also had less traffic to the storefront in May, however sales improved. Most of the sales and traffic came from Sponsored Brand ads, followed by organic traffic.
