In August, our total sales increased by +2.6% compared to July. Ad sales improved significantly in this period, and they were running more efficiently as ROAS grew and TACOS decreased. There was an improvement in search trends in August, which may have also positively impacted our sales this month.
The Pack of 1 accounted for 55.5% of total sales with 131 units sold, while the Pack of 2 represented 44.9% of total sales with 106 units sold.
Buy Box Percentage & Account Health
In August, we had no issues with the Buy Box or Account Health.
Conversion Rate
In August, our conversion rate increased for both SKUs. We had less traffic compared to July, and more organic sales, which likely contributed to the improved conversion rate.
Advertising Performance
Our impressions and ad spend decreased compared to July, where the Prime event drove higher engagement. Despite the decline in impressions and spend, our ad sales and ROAS improved, with a corresponding improvement in TACOS. We also launched new campaigns to test keywords such as 'nitric oxide supplement,' 'heart health supplements,' and 'nattokinase,' though impressions have been low so far. We will continue testing these keywords until we gather sufficient data. We also observed improved conversion on our branded keywords this month.
Advertising spend decreased by -19.9%.
Advertising sales increased by +39.7%.
Impressions decreased by -12.5% this month.
We noticed a -42.7% decreasein ACoS, compared to the previous month.
ROAS has increased to 3.7 as our ACoS has decreased.
Our top keywords this month were “precardix, “pre cardix”, “high blood pressure”, and “blood pressure supplement”.
Market Share
The market decreased slightly in August, however our market share grew from 4.8% in July to 5% in August.

Subscribe and Save
In August, our subscription count increasedby 12.8%, and shipped revenue increased by 21.1%. We are offering a 15% S&S coupon on first time orders.
Repeat Purchase Behaviour
The repeat customer share decreased by -3.5% in this period. We specifically had less repeat orders for the Pack of 2, which could possibly indicate that customers were not yet ready to replenish.
Amazon Attribution & Storefront Analytics
In August, we saw a decline in traffic through attribution, and no sales were generated.
Storefront Analytics
In August, we saw an increase in traffic to the storefront along with higher sales. The sales growth was driven by both organic traffic and Sponsored Brand ads.
Ratings & Reviews
Our star rating remains at 3.7. We are still receiving some negative reviews. We opened a case with Amazon to try to remove some of the reviews discussed, however Amazon did not take action.
Refunds
We had no refunds in the month of August.

We received a reimbursement of $33.75 from a warehouse damaged unit.
