We are looking for an experienced customer experience manager or startup generalist who cares deeply about people, obsess over the details and gets shit done fast to help us build a social learning platform. Outcomes 📝

Minimize complexity and confusion in getting customers from signed up to paying
Improve onboarding and Trial experiences to ensure students are set up for success with Mindjoy sessions
Set up our customer support team and drive its development to ensure that we create delightful experiences fo our customers

Ability to create order: An Ability to create Order.Plans, organizes, schedules, and budgets in an efficient, productive manner. Focuses on key priorities
Coachable: Excited about learning and growing their skills and has ability to give and receive feedback and is able to play as a team
Obsessive over Customers/ Domain Experience: Has deep domain experience and can articulate this visibly in outputs (thinking and systems). Excellent with people, can hold space and be patience with parents (and their kids) while keeping sight of Mindjoy’s bigger picture/mission
Relentlessly Resourceful: will go the extra mile to ensure things get executed on a consistent basis and can
Detail Orientated: Takes the necessary time to understand the user and customer journey and doesn’t drop the ball on details
Extreme ownership: takes charge of decision making, takes action and develops self which in turn drives growth in team too.
Communication skills: speaks and writes articulately and conveys important information clearly and simply.
