Instructions for submitting content for PDPs

For each style that you intend to publish to the Ventanas marketplace, you must complete the steps below at least two weeks in advance of the go-live date for your style. Color and material variants are considered separate styles, and you will need to follow this process, including creating separate image folders and submitting separate forms, for each individual variant.

Submissions missing any of the required information, or which fail to follow any requirement, will be rejected.

Steps:

Create your style on ONE

Decide on a Product Title for your style as you’d like it to be displayed on the Ventanas site (this is different from the title as it appears on your ONE Style Card)

Add a sub-folder to your brand’s Box folder and name that sub-folder as this style’s Product Title from step (2)

Generate, organize and upload product images

Each image must have a ratio of 2x3 (720x1080) and can be no larger than 20mb per file.

The files must be named according to the following convention: "[Product Title] Image 1", “[Product Title] Image 2”, "[Product Title] Image 3", etc.

Upload all of your product image files for this style only to the Product Title folder

No other files should be added to this folder

Create a shareable link for this folder (see detailed instructions below); you will need this link for step (5)

If you do not add product images to your folder, or if they do not follow our requirements, we will use the 3D rendering only for marketing this style
