Check to see if there is a new event for that week/weekend. ( to look for)

if the school has Launched:
open the Poppin app and create a new event to put the scraped event’s details into Poppin
1) Upload the flyer you screenshotted
2) Paste the description from the original scraped post
3) Set external link to the original post link

if the school hasn’t Launched:
Go to Instagram and create a new story. Upload the flyer and add text to the story, put in the text when the event is (e.g: “This Friday” “Tonight” etc)

if the school has launched, scrape to Poppin first and then post on the Instagram story. Add the Poppin event link to the story of that event post

INSTAGRAM: on a schedule
Tue: Post a round-up of the moves for the week; ask Move Reps for moves
Wed/Thur: Highlight particularly big moves
Fri: Post moves going on that night
Sat: Post moves going on that night
Sun: Videos from events the night before

Round up all the moves for the week (use all the Sourcing strats in the coda doc below; i.e proactively search for moves instead of waiting to see them).


Every Tuesday, round up all the moves for the week (use all the Sourcing strats in the coda doc below; i.e proactively search for moves instead of waiting to see them). This way we can post the events earlier to Poppin and promote earlier on the Instagram which increases the chances for success (getting a lot of RSVPs or tickets sold through Poppin) by at least 2x.
So by Tuesday 5pm let’s aim to have at least 2 events on Poppin. At 5:30 we’ll post those events on Instagram with the Poppin link highlighting them as “Some moves for this week 👀” or “Who wants some moves for later this weekend??” (poll) then next 2 story posts are the moves in succession
Thursday by 5pm: highlight the week’s best moves on the IG. By then, there should be at least 3 events on the app. Fri highlight the moves for that night and Sat do the same. Post the Poppin link on all the stories (unless it is counterproductive for us to) to get that funnel of IG —> app going
