Anne said she brought up this during the meeting at the end of May; besides having an endpoint to create the Deals, the actual cutover or expansion of the portal integration with HubSpot needs to be prioritized with BR/our whole team
In the first version we should be creating both the HubSpot deal, the ConnectWise Opportunity, and all the necessary cross reference associations to keep the two systems in sync

PIVOT Product meeting cadence status
MH - got an email from Jay on 5/30 requesting a version of Manage360 for submitting & tracking tickets. Jay is open to using the Support Center to hit a Q3 target but was curious on long it would take. This reminded me of getting a PIVOT Product cadence setup. I plan to discuss in detail during a regularly scheduled meeting this Thursday (8th)
Keeping this item on our radar, we need to encourage the team to continue meeting & working on experiments. Next steps in the BNW book club are for at least one group to have an experiment to propose and discuss with the whole team.
