Design Team Google Cloud Bucket Folder

GREAT NEWS! TBrand Design team now has it's own Google Cloud Static Assets Bucket folder to store all your high-quality live production assets for our projects.

ACCESS the bucket

The bucket can be accessed through your Google Cloud account. We've set permissions that correspond with your role in the team, ensuring a streamlined and organized file management system.
If you have trouble accessing it, please to sort it out.

MANAGE assets

All of the Design Team content lives in a common workspace in the /tbranddesign folder.
Your content within the folder should be meticulously managed, emphasizing order and clarity, hosting live production assets only.
Ultimately, your team is in charge of organizing your bucket. There are 2 main considerations for managing content in the cloud:
The folder resides in a Bucket is shared with other teams. Members should focus only on their designated space to avoid compromising the work of others.
The folder is meant to host assets long term. Without a clear structure and hosting strategy, it could become difficult to manage in a few months.
NOTES:
DO NOT USE THE BUCKET AS CLOUD STORAGE. THIS IS FOR LIVE ASSETS ONLY.
You should only be working inside the /tbranddesign folder.

CREATE links to your assets

All assets stored in the bucket are automatically CDN served and cached for optimised performance. However, assets are not implicitly public and you need to create a public link for each asset. To create a link, follow these steps:
• After you’ve uploaded your asset, click on the file name to access the object details tab.
