Metafy Code of Conduct

At Metafy, our goal is to foster an environment that is both fun and safe for gamers to hone their craft. Every user, from gamers to coaches, has a responsibility to help us achieve that goal. As such, we require that you adhere to the rules set forth below when using our services. This code of conduct (“Code of Conduct”) sets forth Additional Terms (as defined in the ) subject to, and supplements, the , , and the .
Video games are meant for everyone. Do not engage in behavior that is racist, sexist, homophobic, or hateful towards people of a particular race, religion, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, political stance, creed, skill level or other group.
Win or lose, play with class. Do not harass, bully, threaten, harm or conduct yourself in a way that negatively impacts other members of the gaming community. We understand gaming can get intense, but remember that you are playing with other human beings – treat them as you wish to be treated.
Gamers span a variety of age groups, so make sure any content you share is appropriate. Content containing nudity, graphic violence, or material otherwise unfit for people of all ages, including kids, is expressly forbidden from being shared in the context of using our services.
Keep yourself and others safe in the real world. Do not share any personally identifiable information about yourself or others, and safeguard all account information and passwords.
Use our services for their intended purpose – to become a better gamer. Do not use our services for any reason other than playing, training, and learning to win. Stalking, soliciting, and anything of the like is expressly forbidden. Further, do not use our services to promote your stream or to try to befriend famous coaches. Learn to win, and success will follow.
No one likes a hacker. Do not interfere or disrupt our services, servers, or networks in any way, and do not access our website or services by any means other than through the interface provided by us. This includes not using or launching any automated system including, without limitation, any spider, robot, scraper or offline reader that access our services in a way that sends more request messages to our servers in a given time period than a human can produce in the same time period. Further, do not circumvent, disable, violate or otherwise interfere with any security related feature of our services.
Our house, our rules. We may monitor our services for any content or behavior that, in our sole discretion, violates these rules. We reserve the right to investigate all reported inappropriate behaviors of users and coaches, regardless of circumstance, to review submitted evidence, and to take disciplinary measures as we see fit.
