b. Taming Emotions

Try this:

Let’s us explore how to name, reframe and tame emotions.
How do we feel when we experience one of our own triggers? Do we feel frustrated or angry when things don’t go exactly as planned? By “Naming” our feelings, we can be more present and learn how to accept these moods as being a part of our own humanity. We are then able to “reframe” the situation and “tame” our emotions.
