b. Shifting Our Focus

Try this:

It is normal to have the tendency to focus on the negative things in life. Unfortunately, by replaying negative thoughts over and over in our head, we rewire our brain to make it easier to think negative thoughts in the future. This practice is about shifting our focus to find the good, training our brain to look for the “red” in a sea of “black”. By changing what we focus, we can choose to see the positive things in ourselves, others and in life.
