a. Self-Compassion

Try this:

Self-compassion is a key to our wellbeing and a form of empathy.
In order to truly feel empathy for another, we will first need to feel it for ourselves. Self-Compassion is a form of self-care, and central to how we relate to ourselves contributing to our wellbeing, and optimal performance. Self-compassion is the opportunity to act on this information for the benefit of ourselves.
