Try this:

Learn how to tune out distractions, sensory and emotional.
Our attention span is currently fragile, and has become more so because tech platforms have been designed to monetize our attention rather than support our well-being. We can be intentional with creating an environment of quiet, calm place to be and to work, so as to lessen our external distractions. The more daunting challenge then becomes our own inner dialogue of thoughts and worries.
