Here at Coda, we use Coda to track diligence requests. For us, that comes up most often when going through VC financings, but this same tracker format can be used with due diligence requests in connection with bank debt, an M&A transaction, an IPO, etc. This doc is set up to be shared with all member of the internal team that is helping respond to diligence requests.
