Check-in & Out via App
Our visitor app is available only on iPad or an Android tab which is a minimum of 9.7 inches.
There are three different ways a visitor can check in to the app before entering a care home.
QR Code & Passcode
The check-in & Out using a QR Code/Passcode is only available for pre-approved visitors, residents, and resident visitors. The care home admin can always have access to the sign-in credentials of the visitors and can amend them if necessary. These credentials can be downloaded and printed as required.
Check-in using the Entry form
Ad hoc visitors who are not pre-approved by the care home can fill in the form available in the app. Click the 'I am Entering' button to access the entry form.
Ad hoc visitors must create a memorable word before submitting the form. They need to enter this WORD when they check out.
Suppose the visitor forgets this information; the care home admin can help as they have access to it in their dashboard.
How do the visitors check out after the visit?
There are three different ways to check out in the app. They must select one of the three options by clicking on the 'I am leaving' option.
