“Unconfrencing”

will embrace un-conferencing by nurturing a participatory environment that encourages dialogue and collaboration. The program will blend keynotes and panel conversations with interactive workshops, capacity-building sessions, and site visits to local cultural initiatives. To break away from traditional conference formats, we aim to slow down the pace and allow for deeper reflection and meaningful exchanges. Networking opportunities will be integrated throughout, creating informal spaces for connection and collaboration.

Examples:
City Sessions (BEYOND 2025, Turin)

Open Space Technology

Open Space Technology is one way to enable all kinds of people, in any kind of organization, to create inspired meetings and events. In Open Space events, participants create and manage their own agenda of parallel working sessions around a central theme of strategic importance. With groups of 5 to 2000+ people — working in one-day workshops, three-day conferences, or the regular weekly staff meeting — the common result is a powerful, effective connecting and strengthening of what’s already happening in the organisation: planning and action, learning and doing, passion and responsibility, participation and performance. -

Design Sprints

A design sprint is a time-constrained, five-phase process that uses design thinking with the aim of reducing the risk when bringing a idea to life. The process aims to help teams to clearly define goals, validate assumptions and decide on a product roadmap before starting development. It seeks to address strategic issues using interdisciplinary expertise, rapid prototyping, and testing. -
