An intake specialist will document the incident, and if necessary, connect you with a live phone nurse who will assess the situation and recommend the appropriate course of action for medical care. If medical care is deemed necessary, the nurse will also guide you to the recommended medical facility.

It's essential to refrain from making any commitments regarding payment responsibility, as this falls under the purview of our insurance provider.
