Ren stopped responding mid-answer

Occasionally, you might notice that Ren stops responding or provides incomplete answers. This can occur for various reasons, including connection issues, outages with OpenAI, or server errors. If you experience such interruptions, please try the following steps:

Resend Your Message:

If the response was cut off or didn’t come through, try sending your message again.

Refresh Your Page:

If the issue persists, refreshing the page can help establish a fresh connection and resolve minor glitches.

Check Your Internet Connection:

Ensure that you have a stable and active internet connection, as connection issues commonly cause incomplete responses.

Where is my chat history?

We understand that your chat history is important to you. If you find that your chat history is not showing up as expected, it might be because you are accessing the service from a different device. Unfortunately, due to our current setup, chat histories are not shared between devices. To continue a previous chat, please return to the device you were initially using.
