We had a professional installer look at it, and he said it was not installed correctly: it had too much tension on the glass which caused it to explode just by gently putting a light (few ounces) bottle on it. My partner was injured as a result, and was bleeding. It could have caused us even more damages if it went in our eyes or my partner's 5 year old child.
Re crack on the floor:
I can't tell from the picture whether it's just dirty or if there's actually a crack, but in any case, I can’t see anything we could have done to crack the floor.
Re mess:
I disagree. The place was left in reasonable conditions. We even had a cleaner come twice a week for our entire stay.
Re electricity:
You said:

You gave us this 28 MXN/day discount if we would pay for the electricity which was supposed to be less than 28 MXN/day (that's the point of a discount!). I think this was over a period of 36 days. So at most it should be 1,008 MXN, or about 50.03 USD, which would then just be the original price before the discount; but really, given this was supposed to be a discount, it should be less than 50 USD.
Other:
You also lock us out when we were living there. As a result, we hired people that were going to help us move some stuff for nothing and we had to rent another AirBnB, on top of being an overall really inconvenient and stressful experience.
