Our office hours are 9-1 PST Monday-Friday. If you email or call outside of those times, and it’s not urgent, we’ll likely not respond until the next day (or Monday if it’s after 1 PM on Friday)
We bet you love your downtime-- and so do we! Our team will always react as quickly as possible whenever there is a "fire" outside of normal business hours.
However, in the many years we've been at this, we've found that legitimate "social media emergencies" are rare. So we like to keep regular office hours.
You can reach out to someone on our team between the hours of 9am-3pm Monday-Friday. We will happily reply to any / all requests within 24 hours during normal business hours.
Our team is also "out of office" on the following holidays:
The week of Christmas + New Year Thanksgiving Day through the following Monday New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day
During the busy holiday months we require November - January marketing calendars & promotions to be sent over 2 weeks prior to Christmas Day in order to be added to the general calendar. We will remind you of this one month prior if this impacts our work.
We also take a break from time to time (and hope you do too). Usually once per quarter around major western holidays.
We’ll do our best not to interrupt the project, but if necessary, you will know about any vacations well in advance and we will adjust our timeline accordingly.
We also observe most major holidays and take those days to practice #SelfCare.
