MAJOR CHANGES

QUICK HIGHLIGHT FEATURE

You can select and blend clips from different content categories, enabling users to create customized, engaging highlights.

To select clips from different categories, follow the steps below.

Navigate to the home page, click Create Highlights.

In the Create Highlight dialog box, fill the required details and click Create.

In the Add Clips section, you will find an option called Stream Filter. This feature enables you to choose and combine clips from various categories.

Please be aware that we are still working on performance optimization, and this feature may lag for clients with a large amount of data.

Handling Multi-Audio SRT Feed

Now, you can view and select the audio tracks that need to be used as part of clip generation.

Currently, this feature has been tested on a single URL in three languages. However, we need UAT testing from the Ops side on live URLs.

Download Restriction Enhancements

We have implemented a download limit check when downloading clips as a zip.

It ensures that you are not penalized for repeatedly downloading the same content they have already accessed.

Highlights/New Transition Available

We are introducing a new blackout transition on the highlight-edit page.

It allows you to create more engaging and professional-looking highlights by smoothly transitioning between clips.

Clip Rating Enhancements

As an optional field, users can now provide a reason for assigning a specific rating to a clip.

You also assign ratings to highlights and web stories created.

Now, You can understand the rationale behind ratings, leading to more informed decisions and improved content quality.

MINOR CHANGES

Ability to Re-Add a Stream with Previous Values Pre-Filled

You can quickly and accurately input data by re-adding a stream with pre-filled values, reducing the need to enter the same information repeatedly.

It improves workflow efficiency, especially when dealing with repetitive or recurring tasks, as users don't have to input the same data each time.

It provides a user-friendly experience by eliminating the need to re-enter the same information, saving time and effort.

Marker Correction

Fixed to correct the timestamp on a clip when it is trimmed.

While trimming the clips, you can adjust the timestamps of the clip.

Clip Page Filter/Upload File Correction

Fixed to align the filters applied on the clips page and files uploaded.

The feature can assist you in cleaning and refining data by correcting errors or inconsistencies in uploaded files, ensuring the accuracy of the information.

This needs UAT on Sony/Fancode accounts from the Ops team.

Title Generation for Cricket

It enabled configuration to generate titles for cricket streams automatically.

You can Automatically generate catchy and relevant titles for cricket articles, blog posts, or news stories and can save content creators time and provide engaging headlines.

Implementation of ‘Save V2’ Button on Live Edit Page

To save the context of a content management or editing system.

You can save the changes more frequently, reducing the risk of data loss due to accidental browser closures or other interruptions.

Dynamic Cropper/Addition of 0.25x Playback Speed

We have implemented a feature to either trim the clip or adjust the playback speed of the clip.

The dynamic cropper can be used in image editing software to allow you to adjust the cropping of clips flexibly and interactively.

You can slow down footage to 0.25x speed for dramatic or detailed video sequences, such as slow-motion effects or tutorials.

CS Team Requirement/Option to ‘Select All’ When a Parent Is Choosing Reviewers

The option to 'Select All' when a parent is choosing reviewers for a CS (Customer Support) team requirement has several practical uses and benefits in the context of managing customer support teams

The 'Select All' option ensures that the workload is distributed evenly among reviewers, preventing any one team member from being overwhelmed

Multiple reviewers can work in parallel, enhancing the speed and efficiency of resolving customer support requests.
