Notes from my call with the recruiter Foram
Interview will focus on my skills and their requirements especially my database skills
Would work collaboratively with director of development, board members, and the rest of the development staff.
They will provide lots of training, would like for me to grow in this role, and want me to onboard as soon as possible.
They will initially require 5 days in person for the first month or two, but I can work with them on my availability going forward.
Foram recommends review their website, the history of the school and what they are currently doing in development
I should have a list of 2-3 questions. [Show them I have done my research about them.]
I should join 5 minutes earlier on Zoom call to prepare myself and them.
