Net Digital Score / NPS (NSS)

The Net Digital Score (NPS) is a Schneider Electric metric used to measure customer loyalty and satisfaction towards a product, or service. It is calculated based on responses to a single question: "On a scale of 0 to 10, Overall, how satisfied are you with your personalized experience?"

Scorecard Governance

The governance of the scorecard program is structured as follows:
Update frequency: the scorecard is updated every 6 months for products and projects participating in the program.
Responsible roles: updates are carried out by the Product Designer or Researcher responsible for the product or project.
Indicator reporting:
The SUS indicator is reported by the responsible person. They must declare the SUS score in the
dedicated coda form

and provide a link to the corresponding survey form. This

is available here. This form has been created by Andy Pillip and he got legal approval to use it.
The NPS indicator is included in the governance structure but is not yet active as of now.
