I think the team building exercise was really nice.
I think it would be great to see actual products people are working on and them going throughout the process of designing a feature and what they utilized from quartz and the design decisions they made. I know there are a lot of people with tons of experience at SE and it would be really nice to learn from them considering many people work alone with little collaboration.
