Adoption rates: measure how widely the design system is implemented across projects or teams.
Consistency: evaluate the level of visual and functional consistency achieved through the design system's adoption.
By tracking these metrics, organizations can gauge the success of their design system in being widely embraced and ensuring a consistent user experience across various components and projects.

Scorecard Governance

The governance of the scorecard program is structured as follows:
The scorecard is updated every 6 months for products and projects participating in the program.
Updates are carried out by the Quartz PM with support from the respective product/project PM in a dedicated meeting.
The first indicator is determined through self-assessment by the product PM, who must provide evidence to justify the score.
The second and third indicators are evaluated by the Quartz PM using contribution tracking tools.
