Welcome to your internal HR and Administrative dashboard, built in Coda. This space was created to simplify and centralize all essential processes related to employee management, time off, recruitment, and Health and Safety at Workplace.
The dashboard is structured into two main sections:
Cabinet Personal – available to all employees – where each person can view public holidays, manage their own PTO requests, and access personal vacation calendars. Also, it contains relevant documentation on Health and Safety at Workplace and notifications towards/from the administrative board.
Cabinet Administrativ – accessible to HR and management – which includes employee records, organizational charts, recruitment tracking, statistics, and internal documents related to Health & Safety, and procedures.
Access levels will be implemented gradually (based on the Coda Subscription). Employees will be able to view and use only the Cabinet Personal section. HR staff will work primarily in the Cabinet Administrativ area, and users in executive roles (like the CEO) will have full access, including to database-level pages.
The goal of this workspace is to:
Streamline leave management and PTO tracking
Maintain up-to-date employee records
Track and support recruitment processes
Provide easy access and track the workplace Safety procedures and relevant documentation
