Soko supports multiple parallel active projects simultaneously. The main Projects view shows all projects grouped by their project status.
By clicking on Soko logo you open main Projects window. Users can quickly navigate through all active and inactive projects, create new project and open existing projects.
Managers, Artists and Reviewers can see the projects that they are assigned to.
Only Users whose security roles are either Admin or Financial manager can see all projects including ones that they are not assigned to.
Clicking on a project thumbnail will get us into the detail
Clicking on the info icon opens the project side panel, where you can see information about the project such as assignees, managers, reviewers, attributes, and basic reports.
Project statuses
Managers can set the project status based on the project's stage.
Supported Project Statuses:
Bidding
Projects that haven't started yet and are still in the bidding stage.
Active
Ongoing projects that users are currently working on. Artists can only see and access active projects.
Completed
When a project is finished and no longer needs to be active, it can be marked as completed. Tasks from a completed project will not be visible in the User view.
Archived
When a project is no longer needed in local file storage and is archived, its status can be switched from active to archived.
Discarded
Projects that were discarded and are no longer needed.
Project stats
In Project Stats, you can view basic graphs and statistics about the project. By clicking on the dropdown element, you can select from different chart options.
Project Timesheet
In the Project Timesheet tab, you can view all the hours spent on the project. You can also filter the data by Task Type, User, and Date Range [1]. When the spent hours exceed the planned hours for a task, the font color of the hours is red[2]. If the spent hours are less than the planned hours, the font color remains white.
When you click on the Task icon, it switches to the User icon, and all time records are then grouped by user instead of by task.
When you click on the User or Task header, a detailed time log is displayed.
