I think that SEO should come much later in the strategy once the human led interventions, low hanging fruits are achieved.

I don’t understand performance marketing, SEO & social media ads. But I can enable content creation using tools and team for this purpose.
My role in films is Video Producing. This requires me to recruit a team / agency to get the video made. I can’t shoot and edit on my own.
What is the brand voice for platform commons? Would like to discuss beyond Tech4Good in this case.
The website needs some quick changes from communications pov. I think that’s a good place to start.
What do people come to you asking for? Do they ask video story? Do they ask tutorials? Do they want a more engaging website?
A standalone video doesn’t work if we don’t have a brand strategy and community program in place. So, the 3 min video can be parked for near future after there is clarity on broader PC universe. We can start from Website Audit.

Community, Events, Research, Media, Space (physical) is a framework that allows us to strategise for the brand. They can be imagined as the fingers of your palm.
Research and Events should be prioritised first. Followed by Media. The Community approach remains integral to Research, Events & Media. The Physical space is the last piece in the journey.
Research can imply publishing original articles, reports and documents that stick to brand values, business goals and support sales & outreach including SEO at a later point.
Events can imply participating in existing events and creating new events.
Media can imply videos on website, instagram and youtube.
Community implies cohorts of your userbase who can be engaged via the above three channels to different degrees for driving amplification. The right way to start communities is to start small. It remains integral to research, media and events.
