I started my career as a graphic designer working in a glossy fashion magazine. Working and gaining experience with such graphic editors as Photoshop, QuarkXPress and others. I learned to take responsibility for tasks, because when I sent a publication to print, I, as a designer, had no right to make mistakes.
After working for two years, I delved into the creation and philosophy of logos. Creation books. Prepare design for printing.
Then I was fascinated by web design, and then I plunged into the world of mobile applications. Thus, I went through many levels of design and was able to evaluate what interests me the most.
In web and mobile design, I started as a UI designer, learned what grids, modules, guidelines, what is the difference between a responsive and responsive design. Starting to work with mobile applications, I was interested in the logic of user actions. I began to delve into the study of users. So I came to a deep study of UX processes. I am building my processes based on a complete study of the business tasks of the product, its goals, user research, hypothesis testing.
At the moment I manage a team of 4 designers. For two years we have created a unified system design depending on the product (B2B or B2C). Created products that were nominated for various awards in their industries.
A number of processes were revised at the managerial level (we switched from Kanban to Adjail). We build hypotheses and conduct AB testing. We also conduct UX tests within the company.
I divided the main development methodologies into:
Horizontal Design Thinking
Vertical JTBD.
This helps us do our job better. Conducted qualitative and quantitative interviews (custdev) to determine user pain
Product Design Lead
Maximize the potential of the project team
Identifying the strengths and weaknesses of each person
Help your team members grow by bringing out the best in the design department
Team work planning
Managing design projects from start to finish
Compliance to ensure that design efforts are aligned with customer needs and business goals
Experience guiding UX and other design teams through the creation and application of UX strategies
Ability to turn user research into representative personas, user stories, user journeys, storyboards, and other design thinking representations

The ability to convince stakeholders of the effectiveness of design principles and the value they bring to the business
Critical thinking
Ability to see the big picture and delve into the details
Ability to solve complex design problems and create frameworks from these design solutions

Solution of problems
Constantly researching new methods and patterns for my problem solving toolkit
I use creativity from a broader perspective in terms of rethinking issues and approaches.
Product and design solutions based on a deep concern for the user.
Susceptibility to feedback
The ability to guide user research and create new frameworks to approach user analytics.
Ability to collect information from user interviews, interactions and observations
Kwippy - is a social network, where users can share their photos. However, this is not an easy task, because the application is based on challenges. Challenges are the way of app gamification and have activity time frames. Therefore, users can participate in a challenge and publish their posts in a certain period of time. The number of challenges per day is not limited.
At the MVP stage of the project, only Product Administrators could create some challenges. But as a second step will be developed a new functionality for challenges creation by every user.Â
Goals.
The main development goal is to deal with the comprehensive and diverse functionality of the application. An important aspect - the functionality should be accessible and easier to use.
Analysis.
I had to analyze and prioritize all the elements, since there had been a high risk of screens overload. Due to the research and our analysis were created user scenarios in order to determine which information was the most important.
While the Information Architecture for the web site was being created, the Flow map was designed for the mobile application, as it was very important not to miss the key steps when creating the Challenge and at the same time not to break the logic and sequence of actions.
Automatic irrigation system. Devices that can be configured through the administrative web user panel.
Analysis.
Setting and displaying indicators of the watering a lawn and a garden. After analyzing all the data that should be displayed and configured, the main goal was not to restart the user admin panel and make it as simple as possible for understanding and using.
Solutions.
The most difficult part of such projects is informational and not overloaded to display the home screen dashboard. After analyzing the list of data, such as Temperature, Precipitation, Rainfall Accumulation, it was decided to display the user-defined irrigation schedule and the zones in which you could change the settings.
