Tech Call Script

CSR: Hey {CUSTOMER_NAME}, how are you? My name is {CSR_NAME}, I’m just getting in touch about the solar installation for your property in SUBURB. Is now a good time to talk?

Customer: Hi, yes sure.

CSR: Perfect! I'm here to send over a report for your installation so you can make sure you’re happy with what we’re recommending.

Send the Email with the report.


CSR: I’ve just sent the report to you, do you have access to your emails to open up the report?
IF YES: Get them to review the report and if happy with it, reply to the email with approval.
IF NO: Discuss the changes they want us to make and let them know we will update the report as per their request and you will call them back to go over the changes.

Conclusion once we received their email confirmation

CSR: Great! From here, everything is ready for the installation. The installers will be there at TIME on INSTALLATION_DATE to get started with the installation. If you need anything else between now and the install, feel free to call me on this number and I’ll be happy to help!
Customer: Thank you. I appreciate your help and look forward to the installation.
