Day 10-12: Advanced Functionality and Integrations

Day 10 Hours 3-4

Day 10 Hour 3-4: Advanced Automations

Diving deeper into automations: conditional actions, multiple actions, etc.

In the third hour, we will delve deeper into the world of automations. We'll discuss more advanced concepts such as conditional actions, which are actions that only run if certain conditions are met. We'll also explore how to set up automations that trigger multiple actions. This allows you to create more complex workflows where a single trigger can set off a chain of actions.
These advanced automation techniques can greatly increase the power and efficiency of your web applications, allowing you to automate complex tasks and workflows that would be time-consuming and error-prone to perform manually.

Hands-on exercise: Setting up an advanced automation in Airtable

After the theoretical discussion, we'll move into another hands-on exercise. This time, you'll be setting up an advanced automation in Airtable. Using the concepts discussed in the previous session, you'll create an automation with conditional actions and multiple actions.
This exercise will allow you to put the concepts you've learned into practice, and to understand how advanced automations can be used to create more powerful and efficient web applications. It will also prepare you for the next session, where you'll learn about third-party integrations and how they can further enhance the functionality of your applications.
