To test your team’s strategy, run the exercise below. You start by outlining or linking to your current strategy. Then ask a few people outside your immediate team to put themselves in the mindset of a competitor, and game out how they may react to a given strategy.
The goal of the exercise is to make your team’s strategy more resilient when it meets the market by having it questioned and countered with fresh eyes.
