Think of it as an internship on steroids. Our grad program is a career accelerant to help young designers gain studio experience and develop skills and resources that they can take with them. You’ll join us as a junior designer and will be integrated into our team. We will bring you along to workshops, client meetings, studio planning and you can shadow any member of the team who’s doing something you’re interested in. You’ll get the chance to hang out with all of us — designers, developers, animators, studio managers, directors, new business managers, etc.

The program runs for 8 weeks and requires full-time commitment (we can discuss alternative options for certain circumstances), and in return you will receive a short term contract with remuneration of $791.90/wk for services rendered in accordance with the Never Not Creative Minimum Standards for Internships.

We have a small team, we move quickly and learn fast, and select our grads with much consideration. As such, we provide candidates with a pack of resources to start their learning. This is a great chance to show us how excited you are and how much you want to learn. We have set a period of three weeks to start getting your head around both the software and the theory. We’ll touch base every week to see how you’re going, and at the end of the three weeks we’ll touch base and decide how to proceed from there.
