What Is It?
1
1
Brief 📝
If we’re going to help explain who you are to your audience, we’re going to need to get to know you as well as you know yourselves. And if we do our job right, you’ll get to know yourselves a lot better, too.
2
2
Scheme 🎨
Not all businesses need a full Brand Strategy, Creative Direction or lengthy Style Guide. What all businesses need is a clear vision of how they’re going to look, sound and act across every touchpoint.
3
3
Design 🖥
Once we’ve agreed on how your brand will look and feel, we need some time to refine and produce your final assets, and build systems out of our ideas.

Launch 🚀
Websites can be hard to imagine ahead of time. So before we launch your finished site to the world we deliver the first Version of your site (V1) on a private staging server for testing and review. Unless we’re handing over to your internal team, of course.
6
6
Test 🧪
If you’re creating anything original you need to test out what you’ve made with real humans before you launch it out into the world. Whether small-group or large-group, qualititative or quantitative, whether you do it or we do it, somebody needs to do some testing.

7
Optimise ⚗️
The beauty of brands in the digital age is that we get to keep iterating post-launch, optimising each element in repsonse to real user data. Once we go live with your brand, site or app, we can regularly check in to see what’s working, and what needs optimising.

What is it?
Brief 📝

1
Workshop
Our immersive workshops serve two purposes: allow our whole team to get as much of your knowledge, experience and business vision as possible, and; bring fresh pairs of eyes to problems and outcomes that you’re all-too-used to staring at. It’s a structured conversation based on some (slightly dorky) exercises, and a great collection of GIFs.

Brand Strategy
1
Creative Direction
This is kinda the most important bit. The big picture look at the Big Idea that animates your business, shown across a range of real-world examples. How your customer knows it’s you, even if they can’t see your logo.
2
Content +/ Social Strategy
Today, content strategy is brand strategy. Or, at least, it’s the manifestation of your Brand Strategy through ongoing dialogue with your audience. Also, how else are you meant to know which influencers you want to pretend to wear your watches?
3
UX Prototype
4
Content Mapping +/ Wireframe
Wireframes are boring. But if you’re looking to organise content across a complex, multi-page site, content maps and wireframes are a necessary evil.
5
TOV + Messaging
Your Tone of Voice is all about your word choice, syntax, grammar. It’s the verbal difference between your brand wearing a leather jacket or a tutu. Or both.

2
Atomic Style Guide
Style Guides are usually too long. And too prescriptive. Nobody needs 200 pages of stuff you’re not allowed to do. Atomic Style Guides are working, scalable documents that you or your team can build with and iterate on. A platform, not a uniform.
3
Website Design
Digital Design is like Graphic Design, but way more four dimensional and move-y. Also, breakpoints. So many breakpoints.
4
Copywriting
We’d like to think up something witty to say here. But instead, we’re going to leave it to the professionals. For longer copy jobs, we work with our friends at Apostrophe. They’re dedicated and dilligent, and generally have a better sense of humour. They also know how to spell “diligent”.
5
Art Direction
The web’s a pretty visual sort of place. For brands that live on the web, it’s about both quality and quantity. We brief, direct and oversee the production of photo and video shoots to make sure they’re consistent and functional across a wide range of mediums and uses.
6
Illustration (2D/3D)
We work with pens, paints and pencils, Photoshop, Illustrator… and MS paint if we have to.
7
Motion (2D/3D)
People are like T-Rexes; their sight is more or less based on movement. Which means things that don’t move are boring. So we make things, and then we make them move.
8
Print Design
We’re old enough to remember the world before the web, too. So while we design for a digital age, we also make business cards, menus, magazines, menugazines, broadsheet newspapers, print ads, posters, signage, flyers, billboards, and wall graphics.
9
Products + Packaging
We once turned a brown paper bag into a global phenomenon, so we’ve had a little bit of experience in creative and unexpected answers to packaging problems.

Custom HTML/CSS/JS
We don’t use templates. Sorry.
2
Custom CMS
Like the rest of the world, we used to use Wordpress. And then an intern informed us that PHP was dead. So we moved.
3
Shopify Integration
We’re a trusted Shopify Experts partner, and we’ve won the Shopify Award twice: the Ecommerce Site of the Year in 2014, and Collection Page of the Year for 2017.

Basic SEO, GA, Hotjar Setup
We’re not SEO professionals. And we don’t want to be. We’re also not performance marketers. But we’re mindful that any website that’s connected to the internet should be connected properly. So we suggest gettting the basics set up so you can do your user testing, retargeting, SEOing, etc.
2
Deployment
The final touches before we push the internet button. Sometimes you’ll want to deploy things yourself. But if you’re not exactly sure what that means, then you want us to look after it for you.

Minor Bug Fixes (1 Month)
No website in the history of the world has been launched without a hitch.

Monthly Reporting (3 Months)
3
Optimisation Retainer (3 Months)
The funny thing about building websites is that theory only takes you so far. So rather than building and walking away, the best websites are the product of monitoring consumer behaviour and refining the user experience based on qualitative and quantitative feedback.
