Upcoming DOTW will be the Lounge Burger. Lots of really positive comments on FIB over the last few weeks but as always there’s lots of focus required on those key burger principles of toasting the bun, sauce to the edges, daily prepped salad, burger cooking, fries and slaw.
Attached is the Recipe Card alongside the DOTW Summary with the Recipe Video, also in the hyperlink below. Screen message will be Fryer Essentials focusing on cooking temperature (170C), fryer segregation and clean oil.
