Current Situation – what is the current pain in the business process? New or proposed improvement to that business issue or New Value Proposition. Benefits of new / intended business process (this makes it measurable). Assessment/judgement of all digital use cases against strategic or operational needs, or a combination of both. Must Haves - much improved business efficiency, improved revenue / customer centricity. Quick Wins - little effort, significant business benefit, fast implementation Don’t Touch – significant effort, minimal business benefit. Low Hanging Fruit – resources available, little effort, improved efficiencies, some costs. Delivery of Benefit Analysis per business and support unit use case.
Delivery of Priority Digital Use Cases – priority assessment.
Delivery of Digital Road Map for both, Business & Support Units.
